Yes. Each week we offer a weekly specials menu you can choose from along with our base meals. You can also build a meal that will calculate your macros.
We recommend eating your meals in first 5 days.
We recommend eating our meals fresh however if you can’t consume in 5 days we recommend freezing remaining meals. When you are ready to enjoy, simply thaw and heat to desired temperature.
All meals come fresh never frozen, reheat to desired temperature and enjoy!
Our meals are made fresh same day delivered so we can’t except returns or refunds for personal taste preferences. We want your experience to be as efficient, simple and delicious as possible so if you have any concerns please contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

Please look at ingredients on each meal to determine if it fits your dietary needs. As Sonoma County natives we value sourcing all of our ingredients locally to support local business.
Our all meals come with the macro-nutrients breakdown (Protein, Fat, Carbs). You can also build and customize your meals that will show your macro breakdown for those tracking their macros. We also strive to ensure that our meals are working for our clients and not against them so if you have any macro concerns our team is here to help at [email protected]
We currently deliver locally on Sundays between 5pm-7:30pm. If you will not be home we advise leaving out a ice chest with a ice pack or contacting our team at [email protected] for alternate arrangements. We try and be as flexible as possible to ensure great service.
All pickups are between 3pm-6pm Sundays at our designated pickup location.
